How do I send documents via SFTP?

Step 1: create a workflow in the Communication Platform.
A separate folder for that workflow will then be prepared in your SFTP environment.

Step 2: upload your files

  1. Place the files in the folder associated with your workflow
  2. You can place multiple files at the same time
  3. The system automatically picks up the files from the folder

Step 3: automatic processing

  1. The uploaded files are checked and validated
  2. The files are sent via the platform according to the configured workflow rules

Step 4: grouping per day

  1. All files you place in the folder on the same day are combined into one sending session
  2. You can track this job: view the documents one by one, or review them per batch

(!) Channel selection (PEPPOL …) and additional metadata are currently configured per workflow, not per document.

What does it do?

1.     Secure file transfer: all data is protected and encrypted during transmission.
2.     Remote file management: it is possible to manage files on a remote server.
3.     Enhanced security.
4.     Resuming interruptions: SFTP supports resuming interrupted file transfers, ideal when sending large files over long network connections.
