What types of reports am I able to generate?

1. Feedback File Report

The Feedback File Report gives you a clear, easy-to-read overview of everything that happened to your documents.
You can see which steps were completed, whether there were delays, and if any errors occurred.

This report type is available by default in the automated reporting module.
You decide which events from the audit trail are included and whether you want to see only the latest event per document or the full event history.

2. Configure automated reports

With the reporting feature, you always have visibility into how your documents are processed.
You can export reports manually, or have them automatically generated and delivered through the channel of your choice.

You can configure all settings yourself through the user-friendly interface β€” no technical support needed.
You can choose:

  • Output method: SFTP, email, or API
  • File format: JSON, CSV, or XML
  • Encoding
  • Recurrence: when and how often the report should be generated
  • Time zone: the time zone in which the schedule should apply
  • Events: which document events to include, and whether you want only the latest event or the full history

3. Configure automated error reports

You can also create automated reports that focus specifically on errors during document upload or processing.
These error reports help you quickly detect recurring problems.

Just like other reports, you can define:

  • Output method
  • File format
  • Encoding
  • Recurrence
  • Time zone

4. Reporting by cost center

Communication Platform also allows you to include cost center and department information in your reports.
This enables you to:

  • Analyze document volumes and statuses per cost center or department
  • Monitor platform usage and operational performance
  • Support billing reconciliation and internal chargeback models
